Let's not waste time ... this movie is a MASTER PIECE !! Â :bounce:
I think that in Tim Burton's filmography, the clothest to Big Fish is nonetheless than Ed Wood. Like this one, Big Fish is a lot more mature...

I'm a hudge Tim Burton's fan and till then, he has never disapointed me (even if I hadn't found Tim Burton's touch in Planet of the Apes). But this time Burton has really surprised me. I've been amazed to see how the movie was playing with your own imagination to make yourself goes into fantasy while you were in reality ... I know it's not clear if you have not see the movie, I hope you'll get my point when you'll see it cause ... YOU MUST SEE IT !! Â 8)

The movie is about a son trying to discover who his story tellers father is really. And it's not that easy as his father, Edward Bloom (Ewan McGregor) uses to mix a lot facts and fictions in the numerous stories of his life ...
The casting is great and all the actors feet perfectly in their roles. Ewan McGregor espec!ally shows again how talented he is in this character of big appetites, enormous passions and tall tales.

I'm really glad to see from my eyes that the rumors who were attacking Tim Burton, saying he had forgotten his own style since his Planet of the Apes are totally unfounded !
Yes, this movie is different from the former movies he has made but I like a lot the new direction Tim Burton is taking and will continue to follow with great interrest the career of this wizard of cinema  :)

My mark ? 6/6 of course
